Our office is one of the few in Alaska that handles consumer cases on a regular basis. From Homer to Fairbanks, we represent clients on Fair Debt Collection, lemon law and other consumer claims. We also negotiate, and litigate if necessary, statewide environmental and constitutional law issues, as well as insurance and personal injury cases. Wherever you live in Alaska, we are available to review your case. Most initial consultations are free.
